Please read below first.

Thank you for the email request for the dates of service.

We need to know a couple of things.

During the summer months, we serve a large number of coach tours 

We serve from 11.30 hrs  until 17.00 hrs 

And can serve up 100 pax 

1 How many courses would you require

2 What time of the day would you require service

3 How will payment be made to us.

4 We offer 1 free meal with every 25 Pax booked and paid for.

5 How would you be confirming any allergy information to us prior to arrival

6 Would we have a contact phone number for the group

7 We would need the full address and contact details for the invoice.

8 Would be grateful if you can provide a budget price range for us.

When we receive this information, we will offer a quoted price. This includes all taxes and service charges.
